Notice to Owner (NTO)
Serve within 45 days of first furnishing labor/materials § 713.06(2) 
Claim of Lien
Record within 90 days of last work (or termination) § 713.08(5)
Mail copy of lien
Serve owner within 15 days after recording
§ 713.08(4)(c)
Foreclose / enforce
File suit within 1 year of recording, or 60 days if owner serves a Notice of Contest § 713.22(1)
