Antonina “Nina” Brawner brings over two decades of experience in real estate transactions, estate planning, and client relations to A+ Law. Since 2000, she has been a trusted and tenacious presence in the office of Bruce W. Parrish, Jr., and continues her role with A Plus Law, offering clients a rare blend of precision, persistence, and personal care.

Born in Liège, Belgium, Nina speaks fluent French and Italian, and has called the United States home since 1980. Her international background and multilingual fluency allow her to connect with clients from diverse walks of life. She earned her Florida Real Estate License in 2014 and currently represents buyers, sellers, and investors with a reputation for hustle, honesty, and results. Whether handling closings, estate planning, or trust account management, Nina is known for her sharp instincts and relentless follow-through.

In addition to her real estate work, Nina is a licensed Private Investigator—a skill she shares with her husband, Mike, a retired police officer who now operates a security services company and teaches concealed carry certification. Together, they bring a unique blend of vigilance and integrity to their professional lives.

Nina’s dedication to clients goes far beyond office hours. She’s known for taking calls on evenings and weekends—anytime a Firm Client has an urgent need. Her commitment is personal, and her results speak for themselves.

Outside of work, Nina is a proud mother and grandmother who treasures time with her family. She shares her home with a lively mix of pets—including dogs, a cat, parakeets, and a Macaw—and enjoys cooking, landscaping, home projects, reading, and travel.
