Portia Trudy Mullings, Esq. (formerly Portia Mullings-Daniels) is an attorney whose government and military JAG experience brings mission-level precision to complex legal problems. Ms. Mullings previously served as a Judge Advocate (JAG) supporting the legal mission at Space Launch Delta 45 (Patrick Space Force Base/Cape Canaveral). Her work included visible outreach through SLD 45’s legal office—co-hosting a public Q&A for prospective JAGs, paralegals, and civilians seeking to understand the legal services available to the military community. That outreach complements the SLD 45/JA office’s broader legal assistance and victim/witness support functions, giving her first-hand familiarity with military justice, administrative processes, and community legal services within an operational command.
