Tarruck Wheeler is a dynamic and visionary consultant whose work blends cutting-edge technology with a commitment to solving complex, real-world problems. His journey—from earning his GED after overcoming early academic challenges with dyslexia, to leading infrastructure initiatives across West Africa—reflects the resilience and innovation he brings to every project. While working with the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and other organizations, Mr. Wheeler advanced projects that improved access to critical infrastructure in underserved regions.

In the United States, Mr. Wheeler served as Student Trustee for Palm Beach State College during the 2021–22 academic year, where he championed mental health initiatives, fought misinformation, and promoted technological equity. He played a key role as PBSC’s ambassador to the COVID Campus Coalition and on the college’s Return to Campus Task Force, ensuring that students had access to accurate information and safe learning environments.

As the founder of N.E.T., an AI-powered neurodiversity testing platform, Mr. Wheeler continues to innovate at the intersection of emerging technology and inclusivity. His academic and research credentials include work with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence on quantum computing and national security, graduate study in International Policy at Stanford University, and recognition as a Jack Kent Cooke Scholar.
